DABA Engineering Limited provided geotechnical and civil engineering services for this single-storey residential development in Hamilton. Our scope included soil testing, assessment of ground conditions, preparation of foundation recommendations, stormwater-system design, and delivery of a geotechnical report to support the building consent application. The services were completed in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code, applicable standards, and relevant Building Consent Authority requirements.
