Single-Storey Residential Development – Matamata

DABA Engineering Limited provided structural engineering design services for this single-storey residential development in Matamata. Our scope included the design of the steel portal frame, foundations, and roof diaphragm to provide an effective load path and adequate resistance to gravity, wind, and seismic actions. The design was prepared in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code, applicable New Zealand Standards, and relevant Building Consent Authority requirements.
